This group lists two different Turbo Air shapes on the M3 line. The M3H is a heated holding cabinet, not a refrigerator, and numbers such as M3H24-1 and M3H24-1-G describe it. The M3RF is a dual-temperature reach-in, with a refrigerator section and a freezer section in one cabinet.
On an M3H we look at the heating element, the controller and the door seals, since heat escapes through a worn gasket. On an M3RF we check each section’s temperature on its own, because one section can drift while the other is fine. Then we look at the condenser and the defrost.
Please tell us which one you have when you call, since the work differs and we bring different parts. Whichever one you own, we test it against its own target temperature.

No. It is a heated holding cabinet that keeps cooked food warm. The refrigeration checks do not apply, and we check the heating element and control instead.
What is an M3RF?
It is a dual-temperature reach-in with a refrigerator section and a freezer section. We check each section's temperature separately. Each section has its own set point, so one can drift while the other holds.
Why is only one section warm?
Each section has its own sensor and air path. A blocked vent or a weak fan in one section does not affect the other. We test them one at a time.
