Repairs this series usually needs
- Warm cabinet after a restock
- Display panel problems
- Dirty condenser
- Door gasket wear
- Hi or Lo display from a sensor problem
The PRO Series is Turbo Air’s large reach-in family, with 134 model numbers. Plate numbers such as PRO-12R-N, PRO-15-2F-N and PRO-15F-N show the width and whether the cabinet is a refrigerator, a freezer or a heated cabinet. The R, F and H letters matter, so read the whole number.
Each cabinet has a display panel and a Turbo Cooling button that speeds up recovery after a restock. When a PRO cabinet is slow to recover, we look at the condenser, the fan and the door seal. If the display shows Hi or Lo, we treat it as an extreme reading and test the sensor and the control.
Freezer models in this range are covered on their own page, and we confirm the exact model before the visit. Heated PRO cabinets share the number list, so we ask whether yours holds food hot or cold before the visit.

It speeds up cooling after a restock. If you need it more and more often, the cabinet may be losing capacity, and we check the condenser and seals.
How do I know if my PRO is a refrigerator or a freezer?
Look at the letter in the number. R is a refrigerator, F is a freezer and H is a heated cabinet. The full number on the plate settles it.
Do you repair heated PRO cabinets?
Yes. We check the heating element, thermostat and door seals on the heated models in this family. A heated cabinet that cannot reach temperature is a food-safety concern, so we test the element first.
