Repairs this series usually needs

  1. Rack jam monitoring trips
  2. Delime needed
  3. Tank temperature low
  4. Final rinse low
  5. HR or VHR heat recovery problems

The PRO rack conveyors are Champion’s current line: the 44 PRO, 54 PRO, 64 PRO and 66 PRO, each in standard, HR and VHR versions. They advance racks continuously and watch for jams with a digital monitor, and they have an automated delime function. The 33BD-PRO is a blower dryer.

When a PRO conveyor stops, we begin with the jam monitor and the rack path, then the tank temperature and the final rinse. The automated delime is helpful, but water can still leave scale on the nozzles and heating parts. On HR and VHR models we also check the heat recovery parts.

Tell us the full model from the plate, such as 64-PRO-HR, so we can confirm parts before the visit. The price is put in writing before we begin.

FAQChampion 44 PRO, 54 PRO, 64 PRO and 66 PRO Rack Conveyors questions
What do HR and VHR mean?

They add heat recovery to the machine, and VHR stands for ventless heat recovery. The data plate shows which version you have, and that tells us which parts to bring to the visit.

My PRO conveyor stops with a jam message. What now?

Switch the machine off and clear the rack path only when it is safe. If the message returns without a real jam, the monitor or a sensor needs testing.

Can you service the 66 PRO front-feed?

Yes. We service the 66 PRO front-feed machine and its prewash section, with a written price before any work. Tell us the full model from the plate when you call.
