The KA Series is Meiko’s current rack conveyor family, in single-tank and multi-tank versions and sizes from the KA 44 to the KA 100. Options include heat recovery and a blower dryer, and the KA 80 is ENERGY STAR listed. The data plate gives the model and options.
When a KA conveyor stops or cleans poorly, we start with the conveyor and rack path, then the tank temperature and the final rinse. We check detergent and rinse aid dosing, and scale on the nozzles, which water makes common. On machines with a dryer or heat recovery, we test those parts too.

My conveyor stops. What should I check?
Look for a rack jam with the machine switched off, and check that the doors are closed. If the conveyor stops again, call us and we find out why, with a written price first.
Do you service the blower dryer?
Yes. The blower dryer and the heat recovery options on KA machines are ours to service, with the cost quoted before any work. Tell us the model and the options from the plate.
