The RC-44-3 is Blakeslee’s single wash tank rack conveyor, in standard, HR, DR24 and HR+DR24 versions. It washes 156 to 212 racks an hour, holds a 21 gallon tank and has a 15,000 watt rinse booster, or 30,000 watts on the HR. A scrolling-text display and an LED bar show alarms.
The alarms name the problem in words, such as BOILER 1 HEATING FAILURE or RINSE LOW TEMPERATURE. The owner’s steps are to check the water inlet, make sure rinse arms and nozzles are in position and turn the machine off and on once. After that we test probes, heating parts and pumps. Water leaves scale on boosters and nozzles.
We have a page for each RC alarm on this site. A written estimate comes first.

What does the display tell me?
It scrolls the name of the alarm, such as BOILER 1 HEATING FAILURE, and the LED bar shows status. Write down the wording and call us. We have a page for each alarm.
Is the booster hard to repair?
Not usually. Scale on the elements is the common problem. We test the heating before replacing anything, and give you a written price first. You see the price in writing first.
