The RC-86-3 is the largest of the RC conveyors, built with a single wash tank, a prewash and a dual final rinse. Versions include the HR, DR69, DR99, HR+DR69 and HR+DR99, and the display scrolls alarm names for each tank.

With a prewash and two final rinse circuits, there are more places for a problem to start. We read the alarm first, then check the water supply, the rinse arms and nozzles and the cold water line to the prewash. After that, we test the probes, the boilers, the cooling valve and the pumps. Scale from water collects in boilers and nozzles.
