The CA-3 and DA-3 are Insinger’s pot and pan washers: the CA-3 takes one rack and the DA-3 takes two. They wash about 25 racks an hour, using 24 by 28 racks, and they handle the heavy soil from roasting pans and sheet pans. Read the model off the data plate on the machine.
Heavy soil is what usually brings these machines down. We start with the strainers and wash arms, then the tank temperature, the pump and the door switch. Scale from water collects in the tank and slows heating. We also check the doors and seals for leaks.
Clean the strainers daily, as the owner’s manual says. If pots still come out dirty, call us. We give the cost before work and stand behind the repair for 30 days.

Clogged strainers, clogged arms or a cool tank are the usual causes. Clean the strainers and call us if the problem stays. We then check the tank temperature and the pump.
