About Us
An independent team that repairs commercial kitchen, bar, coffee and laundry equipment in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Diego.
Commercial Appliance Support is an independent repair company for commercial kitchen, refrigeration, ice, bar, coffee and laundry equipment. We serve restaurants, bars, hotels, cafeterias and laundries in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Diego. We work on 139 makers, current lines and older units that are out of warranty, and we are not affiliated with any of them.
What we repair
Our work covers the machines a food or hospitality business cannot run without: walk-in and reach-in refrigeration, ice machines, ranges, ovens and fryers, dish machines, beverage and coffee equipment, bar coolers, and commercial washers and dryers. Older equipment is a large part of what we see, and we do not turn a unit away because it is out of warranty or no longer in production.
How a service call works
Every visit starts with finding the cause. The technician reads the model label or data plate, checks what the equipment is doing and explains the problem in plain words. You get the full price in writing before any work starts, and every repair carries our 30-day workmanship warranty.
When you call or use the online form, tell us the maker, the model number and what you see. We confirm a three-hour arrival window, and if parts for an older unit are hard to find, we say so before the visit.
Where we work
We cover five metros. In Miami that includes Brickell, Coral Gables and Miami Beach. In Los Angeles we work in Santa Monica, Westwood and Century City. In Houston we serve Uptown, Bellaire and Sugar Land. In New York our calls include Tribeca, Williamsburg and Long Island City, and in San Diego we cover La Jolla, Point Loma and Carlsbad. If your business sits near one of these areas but is not named here, ask us when you book.
How we keep it honest
Plain talk matters more to us than a sales pitch. You should know what is wrong, what the repair involves and what it costs before anyone picks up a tool.
The price comes first and it is written down. If a repair costs more than the equipment is worth, or a unit is near the end of its life, we tell you so and let you decide whether replacement makes more sense. We are licensed and insured, and we do not present ourselves as the service arm of any maker. The makers named on this site are named only so you can find your equipment.
