Blakeslee Conveyor Dishwasher Error Code B10: Rinse Low Temperature
B10 RINSE LOW TEMPERATURE means the rinse temperature is too low. The manual says to make sure the rinse arms and nozzles are in the right position, and to call a service technician if the alarm persists.
Medium: the rinse is below temperature, but the machine may still run if the arms are the cause.

What does Blakeslee error code B10 mean?
Rinse water has to reach a minimum temperature to rinse and sanitize properly, and the control measures it as it leaves the boiler. If the measured temperature is lower than required, the control displays B10 RINSE LOW TEMPERATURE. The manual describes it as the rinse temperature being too low. Its operator check is the position of the rinse arms and nozzles: if they are knocked out of place or not seated, rinse water can spray wrongly, and the cold fill may cool the sensor reading. If they are correct and the alarm persists, the manual says to contact Technical Service. The alarm differs from B3, where boiler 1 is not heating at all, because B10 is about the temperature of the rinse itself while the machine is working. High throughput can pull the temperature down faster than the boiler recovers.

What you may notice
- B10 RINSE LOW TEMPERATURE on the display
- Rinse water feels lukewarm
- Dishes come out wet or streaked
- Alarm shows during heavy loading
Possible causes
Likely causes — what usually sits behind error code B10 on this control. A technician confirms which one it is before any part is replaced.
- Boiler heater output reduced by a failing element
- Supply pressure or flow too high for the boiler to keep up
- Rinse arms or nozzles out of position
- Boiler probe reading incorrectly
Safe checks before calling for service
- Check that the rinse arms and nozzles are seated in the right position, as the manual says.
- Let the machine rest a few minutes between heavy loads.
- Run a rack of clean dishes and see whether B10 returns.
- If it persists, stop washing and do not adjust anything inside.
- Note when the alarm shows, for example after a rush of racks.
How a technician diagnoses error code B10
- Read the alarm history and compare it with any B2 or B3 entries.
- Measure the rinse temperature at the manifold with a reference thermometer.
- Check rinse flow and the pressure at the machine inlet.
- Test the boiler heating circuit under load.
- Inspect and clean the rinse nozzles, then replace the failed part.
- The boiler and rinse manifold hold pressurized hot water.
- Heating circuit tests are made on live line-voltage wiring.
- Telling an undersized heater from a flow problem takes metering and a reference thermometer.
How error code B10 differs from similar codes
B10 is a low measured rinse temperature. B3 reports the boiler failing to heat, and B2 reports the probe failing.

Why does B10 show during busy periods?
A fast run of racks draws hot rinse water faster than the boiler can restore it. Slow the racks and see.
Is the rinse still safe to use?
Not if it stays below the required temperature. Stop until it is checked.
Is this the probe failing?
No. A probe failure shows as B2. B10 reports a low temperature reading.
