Repairs this series usually needs
- Cloudy glassware
- Chemical or rinse aid not dosing
- Rotation or conveyor problems
- Rinse temperature low
- Scale on nozzles
Champion’s CG glasswashers include the CG4 and CG6 pass-through machines and the CG rotary, built for bars and restaurants that move a lot of glassware. Check the data plate for the exact model.
When glasses come out cloudy or spotted, we check the water hardness, the rinse aid and the chemical dosing, then the wash and rinse nozzles and the rinse temperature. If a rotary turntable or a pass-through conveyor drags, we check the drive and what might be catching it. Water is hard, and scale on nozzles narrows the spray and leaves film on glass.
Wear the gloves and eye protection the chemical maker calls for when you change canisters, and never bypass a chemical pump. A written price is part of every visit before repairs.

Why do glasses look cloudy after washing?
Hard water, a weak rinse aid or scale on the nozzles are the usual reasons. We check all three on a visit and tell you plainly what to change.
How are the CG4 and CG6 different?
They are different sizes of pass-through machine. The plate shows which one you own, and we confirm parts by it and quote the cost before the visit.
Do you repair the CG rotary glasswasher?
Yes. We repair the rotary glasswasher and the pass-through CG machines alike, with a written price before any work. Every repair we make has a 30-day workmanship warranty.
