Before the GNB, Grindmaster built earlier Grind’n Brew brewers in models 10, 11, 20 and 21, with a GM-B-SGP version as well. They are an older line, and many remain in service in shops and offices that never saw a reason to replace them.
These brewers combine a grinder and a hot water system, so a call can be about either. We check the hopper and auger when the grind is off, and the tank, valves and heater when the brewing is off.
We repair them, and we tell you plainly when parts or cost make a repair a poor choice for the age of the brewer. Tell us which part of the brewer is misbehaving, the grinder or the brewing side, and we plan from there.

Do you repair the older Grind'n Brew models?
Yes, we repair the 10, 11, 20 and 21. The quote is in writing first, and if a repair makes no sense for a brewer this age, we tell you.
My older brewer is not grinding. What happens?
The auger or the hopper may be the cause. Check that the hopper is seated and holds beans. If it still does not grind, call us to schedule service for a motor and auger test.
