The FT1000 is Hobart’s flight-type conveyor, where dishes ride a belt instead of racks. The family includes the FT1000e, FT1000Se, FT1000i, FT1000Si and the low-temperature FT1000iLT and FT1000SiLT. The data plate gives the model, and some carry an ER for energy recovery.
These machines run on three-phase power and use steam or electric heat depending on the model. When one stops, we start with the keypad display, the belt drive and the limit switches, then the tank heat and the final rinse. Scale on the rinse nozzles is common with water.

What is the difference between FT1000e and FT1000i?
The e models are the newer Advansys design, and the i models are the earlier ones. The data plate shows which you have, and the number matters when we order parts.
Why does my flight belt stop?
A jam, an open door or a drive problem can stop it. The keypad display often points to the cause. Switch it off before clearing anything and call us if it repeats.
Do you repair low-temperature FT1000 models?
