The MD18-1, MD18-2 and MD181 are older Moyer Diebel automatic glasswashers that some bars and restaurants still run. The data plate carries the model. They wash and rinse glasses in a timed cycle.
When one leaves glasses cloudy or will not start, we check the water hardness, the rinse aid and the chemical dosing, then the door switch, the timer and the fill and drain. Scale from water narrows nozzles and coats heating parts. Older parts take care to match, so we confirm them by plate model before we come.
We do repair the MD18 line, and we say so when a repair is not worth the money. Wear the gloves the chemical maker calls for when you change canisters, and never bypass a chemical pump. We hand you a written price ahead of the work.
