Repairs this series usually needs
- Scale in the steam parts
- Fan and door seal wear
- Cleaning cycle problems
- Core probe readings
- Gas ignition on gas models
The CHEFTOP-X is a current Unox countertop combi oven with six and ten tray versions. The model starts with XADA, followed by the tray size and E or G for electric or gas. Some models carry suffixes such as ET, PO or POE after the base number.
To tell it apart from the MIND.Maps ovens, look at the XADA start of the model. The usual calls are scale in the steam parts, a worn door seal, a fan that has slowed and a core probe that no longer reads. The oven shows an alarm and stops heating. On the gas versions we also check the exhaust pipe and the ignition.
CHEFTOP-X repairs happen at your location with the price in writing first.

They mark variants of the same base model. The core checks match, and the suffix on your oven helps us pack the right parts. Please read the suffix to us when you book.
Is the XADA built differently from the XAVC?
Both are countertop combi ovens from the same maker, but the model families differ. We check the model on the oven before ordering any part.
Are gas XADA ovens serviced on site?
Yes. If you smell gas, leave and call the gas utility from outside first. Otherwise we test the exhaust and the ignition parts at your location.
