Huebsch CHM495R Washer-Extractor Error Code Ed07: No Setup
Ed07 on a Huebsch CHM495R washer-extractor is a no setup error: the motor drive received movement commands without the setup packet that should come first, so it refused to move the motor. Power the machine down and up again, as the manual says, then start a normal cycle and watch the display. Do not open the cabinet to check cables, and call us if Ed07 returns.

What does Huebsch error code Ed07 mean?
Before the control asks the drive to move the motor, it sends a setup packet that tells the drive the motor's limits. If the drive receives movement commands without that packet, it does not know what is safe and refuses to move the motor, and the display shows "Ed07". Operators see a machine that does not spin or tumble properly after the control starts a step. The manual says to cycle power. A loose link, a power glitch or a control and drive that are out of step can cause it. The manual lists the data link between the control and drive, power glitches at start-up, the control's sequence of commands, and the drive's stored settings. Because the failure is in the order of messages and not in the motor, the basket itself is normally fine, and the code often clears after a power cycle gives both sides a clean start.
