The TS Series is a second family of True upright reach-ins, with model numbers that begin with TS-, such as a TS-23-HC or TS-49-HC. If the plate on your cabinet shows TS and not T, this is the line. The cabinets are built for the same kitchen work as the T-Series but are sold in their own range.
We start with what the control is telling us, then look at air flow. When a TS cabinet feels warm, the condenser is often dusty or a door is not sealing. In humid kitchens, gasket wear and water in the drain pan are frequent. After that we check the defrost cycle and the probes.
