Repairs this series usually needs
- Warm rail from heat of the oven line
- Flour and cheese dust blocking the condenser
- Drawer slides and gasket wear
- Probe codes on the display
- Frost on the coil
The TPP is True’s pizza prep table, with a cold rail for toppings and a large work surface, usually wide enough for dough. Numbers such as TPP-AT-119-HC and TPP-AT-119D-4-HC describe the width and the drawers. Sixteen numbers are in the group.
A pizza line is hot, floured and busy. Flour drifts into the condenser and clogs it faster than a quiet kitchen would, and the heat from nearby ovens adds load. We check the condenser first, then the drawer slides and gaskets, which take a lot of use. Then we test the control, the defrost and the fans.
If the table is losing temperature at the rail but holding it below, we look at the cold air stream that feeds the rail. We confirm the plate number first so gaskets and drawer parts are on the truck.

Fine dust mats into the fins and blocks air. The compressor then runs hotter and longer. A monthly cleaning keeps the coil open. We brush it out first on every pizza table we visit.
My drawers do not close tight. Is that serious?
A drawer that does not seal leaks cold air and adds frost. We check the slides and the gasket and replace worn parts. We also look at the drawer runners.
Can you work around the dough line?
We plan the visit around your quieter hours when you tell us what they are, and we protect the work surface while we work. We cover the table first.
