- Gas versions failing to light
The Cyclone is the Bakers Pride convection oven in gas and electric versions. The data plate shows the model, such as a BCO-E1, GDCO-E2, CO11-E or CO11-G1. We confirm the full number before a visit, because the gas and electric versions use different parts.
A Cyclone that does not heat gets its supply and controls checked first. After that come the elements on an electric model, or the gas valve and ignition on a gas model. A fan that stays off leads us to the motor and its connections, and uneven baking leads us to loading, the door seal and airflow.
If gas is ever noticed, clear the kitchen and notify the utility. We repair older Cyclone ovens and give a written price first.

How do I tell a gas Cyclone from an electric one?
Read the model on the data plate. Numbers like CO11-G1 and CO11-G2 are gas versions, and numbers with an E, such as BCO-E1, are electric versions.
My Cyclone fan will not turn. Can you fix it?
Usually yes. We check the motor, its connections and the controls that start it. Our estimate is in your hands before work starts, and thirty days of coverage apply to the finished repair.
Is an older Cyclone worth fixing?
Often yes, since these ovens are made to last. The cost is put on paper before work, and if the oven is beyond repair we tell you and talk through alternatives.
