The ACE14 and MCE14 are older Amana high speed combination ovens with a touch pad and an EZ Card. The model list also shows part numbers such as P1333201M and P2001909M. The control prints Error messages with a number instead of letters.
Error 1U and 1F mean the chassis memory was not found. Error 2 means it is not programmed, Errors 3 and 4 point to the high-voltage board, Error 5 to a shorted touch panel or the wrong board, Error 6 to scrambled options and Error 7 to the temperature sensor. The maker advises unplugging the oven for one minute before a service call.
The ACE14 is an older line still in service, and an honest answer on whether to repair it comes with every written price.

What is the EZ Card?
It is the card that holds the menu for the oven. Errors 1 and 2 concern the chassis memory on that card, so those two errors send us to the card, its harness and the memory.
Why does it show Door Open with the door shut?
The primary interlock switch does not register the door as closed. A worn latch, a loose connector on the display board or the switch assembly can cause it, and we test them in that order.
