The DFM7.5 is Moyer Diebel’s rotary conveyor glasswasher. Glasses ride a rotating carousel that turns clockwise through the wash and rinse, and the data plate reads DFM7.5. It is built for bars and restaurants that wash glassware all day.
When a DFM7.5 leaves glasses cloudy, we check the water hardness, the rinse aid and the chemical dosing first, then the wash and rinse nozzles and the rinse temperature. If the carousel slows or sticks, we look at the drive and for anything catching it. Scale from water narrows nozzles and leaves film on glass.
