Repairs this series usually needs

  1. Strainers clogged by heavy soil
  2. Tank not heating
  3. Conveyor drive problems
  4. Scale in tanks
  5. Detergent dosing empty

The K-200 PW and K-400 PW, with the LPW versions, are older Meiko conveyors for washing pots and pans. They use the K-Tronic control, and the data plate carries the model.

Heavy soil is what usually brings these machines down, so we start with the strainers and wash arms, then the tank heat, the pump and the conveyor drive. Water leaves scale in the tanks, which slows heating. We also check the detergent dosing pump and its line.

These machines are older, and we warn you when a repair is not worth the cost. Parts are confirmed by model before the visit, the cost is quoted first, and our labor is guaranteed for 30 days. The full plate model helps us bring the right parts.

FAQOlder Meiko K-200 PW and K-400 PW Pot and Pan Washers questions
Do you repair the K-200 PW?

Yes. The K-200 PW and K-400 PW are an older line that still runs, and we repair them. Our written price comes first, along with an honest opinion on whether to repair.

What does LPW mean?

It marks a variant of the pot and pan washer. The plate carries the full model, which is how we match parts before we visit.

Why are my pots coming out dirty?

Clogged strainers, clogged arms, a cool tank or empty detergent are the usual causes. Clean the strainers and call us if the pots still come out dirty.
