The WE8 is a professional super-automatic from Jura with a fine foam frother and a CLARIS Pro Smart filter cartridge. The line includes the WE8 and the WE8 2019 Professional, and the owner’s manual gives the type as JURA Type 737. You will find the model name on the front and the data plate.
Many WE8 messages are routine prompts: fill the water tank, empty the grounds container, rinse the milk system, change the filter. When a prompt will not clear, we look at the sensors behind it, such as the water tank float, which can stick and show Fill water tank on a full tank. A dirty frother cuts foam, so we check that too.
Older WE8 machines are fine with us. The repair is quoted in writing beforehand, and we are honest when it would not be worth the money.

Why does it say Fill water tank when the tank is full?
The tank float can get trapped, so the machine thinks the tank is empty. Lift the tank, look under it and seat it again. If the message stays, call us.
What does the Too hot message mean?
The system is too hot to start a maintenance program. The owner's manual says to wait several minutes or draw a specialty coffee or hot water, then try again.
