The Ditting KR and KFA 1203 and 1403 are shop grinders, built for grinding retail coffee for customers. The KR models are powered by plugging in, while the KFA models have an on/off switch, and there is a KFA 1403 Industrial version too.
They are mechanical grinders with no display codes, so the diagnosis is in what you hear and see. A grinder that runs but does not grind usually has a clogged spout or the grind set too fine, and the owner’s manual has you set the coarsest grind and run it. A foreign object in the mechanism needs a technician.
These are an older line still in service. We repair them and say plainly if a repair is not worth it.
