What does Continental Girbau error code 103 mean?
Each program on the Inteli control is built from phases, such as fill, wash, drain and spin steps, and one program can hold at most 50 of them. When you try to add a phase beyond that limit, the control displays 103 (Program full). The message tells you about the program you are working on, not about the whole memory. The manual's action is to delete unused programs or phases. The table names actions only, without a cause list. A program that has grown to 50 phases has usually been edited many times, with steps added in place of old ones that were never removed. Reviewing it phase by phase often shows duplicates or steps that do nothing. Where several rinses repeat the same settings, the program can often be shortened without changing the result. Codes 101 and 102 describe the other two limits, slots and memory.

What is the maximum?
50 phases in one program. Once a program holds that many, no further phase can be added until one is deleted.
Is memory full as well?
Not necessarily. 103 is only about the one program.
Does it mean the control has failed?
No. It is a programming limit on one program, and every other program is unaffected. Remove or merge phases in the program you are editing and carry on.
