What does Kolpak LOW MONITOR TEMP2 ALARM mean?
On the stand-alone Display, Temp 2 has a low alarm limit based on the Low Temp Alarm Offset. When the reading falls below that limit, a timer starts using the Low Temp Alarm Delay. If the reading stays low for longer than the delay, the text alarm LOW MONITOR TEMP2 ALARM appears in the Alarms & Variables menu. A brief dip is therefore ignored. The alarm is a temperature alarm rather than a wiring alarm, because it needs a valid reading. The manual lists no causes. In a cooler a low reading can mean product near the sensor is at risk of freezing, and in some rooms it is only a sign the sensor is in a cold draft. The manual lists a DISP CLEAR ALARM variable to clear alarms set in the Deluxe Display, and says to scroll the menu to see the active alarms.

Is this the same as LOW MONITOR TEMP2?
The condition is similar. That name is for the OEM controller with Display. This one is the stand-alone Display alarm.
Why a delay before alarming?
The Display waits for the Low Temp Alarm Delay so that a short dip does not alarm.
Will clearing it stop it returning?
No. If the area is still too cold the alarm returns after clearing.
