The PP-11 PRO VHR is Champion’s door-type pot, pan and utensil washer. The VHR in the name means ventless heat recovery, so it can work without a standard hood. The data plate shows PP-11-VHR or PP-11 PRO.
Heavy soil from roasting pans and sheet pans is what causes most calls. We start with the strainers and the wash arms, then the tank temperature, the door switch and the pump. Water leaves scale in the tank, which slows heating, and we look at the heat recovery parts as well.
