The Master Series is Garland’s full-size gas convection oven. The model number on the data plate begins MCO-G, and the Master 200 control on these ovens is a digital timer. Knowing the exact number lets us confirm parts before we arrive.
The timer reports its own problems. F0 marks a power loss longer than 2 minutes and is cleared by pushing the knob for 3 seconds. F1 and F2 mark low and high supply voltage, which sends us to the outlet, the wiring and the timer supply. The LED flashes faster when an error is present, which is a quick way to tell the timer has something to report.
An oven that stays cold has its gas supply and ignition examined first. If you notice gas near the oven, get out and alert the utility.

How do I clear F0?
Push the knob in for 3 seconds. The timer beeps to confirm. F0 only notes that power was off for more than 2 minutes, so it is not usually a repair.
