Garland Commercial Oven Repair
We repair Garland Master Series gas convection ovens in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Diego, including the MCO-GS and MCO-GD models. Timer codes, uneven baking and ovens that stop mid-shift are the calls we handle most.
Common Garland convection ovens problems
In plain words, the way kitchen and laundry staff describe them when they call.
Timer shows F0, F1 or F2
Oven loses its settings after a power dip
Timer light flashes faster than normal
Baking is uneven from rack to rack
Oven will not heat to the set temperature
The Garland Master Series is a line of full-size gas convection ovens, sold as single-deck and double-deck models such as the MCO-GS-10S, MCO-GD-10S, MCO-GS-20M and MCO-GD-20M. Many carry the Master 200 digital timer, and the Master 400 control belongs to the same line.
The Master 200 timer reports problems with a code. F0 means the oven lost power for more than two minutes, and the owner’s manual says to push the knob for three seconds until the timer beeps. F1 points to low line voltage and F2 to high line voltage. When the timer light flashes faster than usual, an error is on the display, so write the code down before you call.
Storms, brownouts and heavy equipment on the same circuit can set off these codes. For F1 and F2 we measure the voltage at the oven and check the control before any part is ordered. If baking is uneven, we look at the blower, the burner and the door seal. On an older oven we say plainly whether a repair makes sense, and we confirm parts against your data plate first. You get a written price before work, and every repair carries a 30-day warranty on our work.

What does an F0 on my Garland convection oven mean?
On a Master 200 timer, F0 means the oven lost power for more than two minutes. Push the knob for three seconds to reset it. If F0 keeps coming back, call us and we will check the supply.
Why does my Garland timer show F1 or F2?
F1 means the incoming voltage is low and F2 means it is high. We measure the voltage at the oven and test the control, then give you a written price before replacing anything.
Can you repair an older Garland convection oven?
Yes. Give us the MCO model from the data plate when you book, and we confirm parts before the visit. If a repair is not worth the cost on an older oven, we tell you.
