Repairs this series usually needs

  1. Slow heating
  2. Gas ignition failure
  3. Weak steam
  4. Dark display
  5. Door gasket leaks

The LBC LMO Max is a larger mini rack oven, sold as the LMO Max-G for gas and the LMO Max-E for electric. It suits bakeries that want more capacity than a standard mini rack oven without moving to a full roll-in oven.

We check how it heats first, then the burner and ignition on the gas version or the elements and contactors on the electric one. After that we look at steam, the control and the door gasket. A display that is dark points to the supply or the board.

The Max is a larger mini rack oven, so burners and elements carry more load. A written price comes first, and we tell you honestly if a repair would not pay off.

FAQLBC LMO Max-G and Max-E Rack Ovens questions
What is the difference between Max-G and Max-E?

The G is gas and the E is electric. The data plate shows which one you have, and we confirm burner or element parts from it.

Why is my oven slow to heat?

A weak burner or element, or a door that leaks heat, is the usual cause. We watch the oven heat up before we leave. We test the oven when it is cold.

Is the Max harder to service than the standard LMO?

Not really. The checks are the same, with more capacity behind them, and we confirm the parts for your version before the visit. Larger ovens simply take a little longer to test.
