Repairs this series usually needs
- Conveyor that stops or runs slow
- Pizzas that bake unevenly across the belt
- Gas ignition failure
- Control display that is dark
- Door or belt wear
The LBC LPC is a conveyor pizza oven in electric and gas versions: LPC-19-E, LPC-31-E, LPC-19-G and LPC-31-G. The 19 and 31 mark the size, and E and G mark the fuel. Pizzerias use a conveyor oven for steady, repeatable bakes, and the model number is on the data plate.
We check the conveyor drive and belt first, then how the oven heats, the burner or elements, the control and the sensors. A conveyor that slows or stops causes undercooked pizza, and a control that is dark points to the supply or the board.
A conveyor oven that stops mid-service means no pizza, so we aim to get the belt and heat right first. You get a written price first, and we tell you plainly if the oven is not worth another repair.

They mark the size of the oven, while E and G mark electric and gas. The data plate carries the full number, and we use it to confirm belt and burner parts.
Why does my conveyor stop?
A worn drive part, a belt problem or a motor issue can stop it, and we check each. We also check belt speed on a test run.
What does the belt wear look like?
A frayed or stretched belt slips or tracks badly. We check tension and tracking along with the drive motor. Crumbs and grease under the belt shorten its life.
