The MicroSentry II refrigerators, such as the MS15RA, MS24RA, MS24RAG and SA24RA, are undercounter units with an external temperature display. The S and G suffixes mark solid or glass doors. They hold 2 to 8 C, and a new unit needs about 24 hours to reach temperature.
The control reports four messages. E1 means the sensor is not working. The do message means the door has been open for over five minutes. The hi message means the cabinet stayed above set point for more than 60 minutes, and Lo means it stayed below. Any key mutes the alarm.

How long does a new unit take to cool?
The maker says to allow 24 hours to reach temperature after setup. Judge the cabinet only after that time has passed, and then call us if it is off.
What does the do message mean?
The door has been open more than five minutes. The alarm light turns amber and the unit beeps once a second until you close the door.
Can I mute the alarm?
Yes. Press any key to mute it. The code stays on the display until the condition is fixed, so check the cause of the alarm as well.
