Repairs this series usually needs
- Slow heating
- Rack rotation that stops
- Gas burner that fails to light
- Door gasket leaks
- Control that shows no temperature
The Revent 620, 624 and 626 are older rack ovens, including gas double-rack versions such as the 620 G. Some bakeries still bake on them, and the model number is on the data plate. They are older machines, so their controls are not the same as on the current ovens.
With age we look at the burner and ignition, the door seal, the rack drive and the controls. Parts for an older oven take effort to find, so we tell you what is available before work begins instead of after.
Older gas rack ovens are still baking in some shops, and we treat them with care. On any gas oven, leave and call the utility if you smell gas. A written price comes first, and we tell you if a repair is not worth it.

- Earlier controls than the GIAC panel

Are the 620, 624 and 626 still repairable?
Often yes. We service older Revent rack ovens still in use, and we tell you plainly if a repair is not worth it.
Can you find parts for an older oven?
We check availability before we quote, and tell you if a part cannot be found so you can decide first. Nothing is ordered without your approval.
Are older Revent ovens safe to keep running?
With sound burners, gaskets and controls, yes. We inspect the ignition and safety parts and tell you plainly if anything is worn beyond a safe repair.
