Revent Rack Oven Repair
We repair Revent rack ovens, from the current 703, 723, 724, 725 and 726 to older 620, 624 and 626 gas ovens, in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Diego. Give us the model number and we line up the parts ahead of time.
Common Revent problems we fix
In plain words, the way kitchen and laundry staff describe them when they call.
Oven slow to heat
Rack stops rotating mid-bake
Steam system not working
Door gasket leaks heat
Control panel shows no temperature
Revent’s current rack ovens include the 703 multi-rack oven, built for gas, oil or electric, the 723 and 724 double-rack ovens, and the 725 and 726 single-rack ovens. They use a GIAC control panel with Total Convection Control. Older Revent 620, 624 and 626 gas double-rack ovens still run in bakeries, and we repair those as well.
A rack oven works hard every day: the rack turns, steam is injected, and heat cycles from cold to full temperature. When an oven is slow to heat, we check the burner or the elements, and on a gas oven the ignition and the combustion air. If there is a gas smell, everyone leaves the building and the call to the gas utility is made from outside.
A rack that stops rotating points to the rack drive, the trolley fit or a pan jam. Weak or absent steam leads us to the steam system, where hard water leaves scale in the valves and nozzles. A panel that shows no temperature sends us to the sensor and the control wiring, and a leaking door gasket wastes heat and slows recovery.
Daily cleaning and flour dust add to the wear. Fan motors, door hinges and rack bearings collect residue, and a bakery that keeps ovens working through long summer shifts, in Miami or Houston especially, asks a lot of its cooling and its controls. We look at those parts while we are in the oven, so a small problem is caught before it stops a bake.
On an older Revent we say plainly when a repair is not worth the cost. The price is written before the work, and a 30-day warranty follows the repair.
Revent lines and model numbers we service
Current and older lines. Find the number on the data plate and open its series for the usual repairs.
Do you repair older Revent 620 and 624 ovens?
Yes. We service older Revent gas rack ovens still in service, and we tell you plainly if a repair is not worth it. The price comes to you in writing before we start.
Why is my Revent oven slow to heat up?
A burner or element problem, an ignition issue on gas models or a leaking door gasket is the usual cause. We check each one and the control sensor.
Can you fix the steam on my Revent rack oven?
Yes. Scale from hard water often clogs steam valves and nozzles. We inspect the steam system, clean what we can, and price any part in writing first.
