Repairs this series usually needs
- Warm beer or bottles
- Lid gasket wear on bottle coolers
- Frost build-up inside the cabinet
- Probe codes on the display
- Condenser clogged with dust
This group has two shapes: TDD direct-draw dispensers, where kegs sit in a cooled cabinet, and TD horizontal bottle coolers with top lids. Plate numbers such as TD-24-7-HC and TD-36-12-HC give the width and capacity. Twenty-six numbers are listed.
A bottle cooler loses cold air every time the lid opens, and the lid gasket carries the wear. Frost forms where humid air meets cold surfaces, so we start with the gasket and the drain, then the control and the condenser. A direct-draw dispenser holds kegs against the back wall, so we check the evaporator fan to be sure air moves around them.
Keep the plate number handy, and we confirm the lid or door parts before we arrive. We recheck the box temperature after the repair, since a keg or bottle cooler can look cold at the door and still be warm at the back.

Humid air enters when the lid opens and a worn gasket lets more in. We replace the gasket and check the defrost. Dry the lid edge each night.
Do you service the dispensers' faucets?
We repair the cooling system. If your concern is the tap or the line, say so when you call and we sort out what applies.
My cooler runs but bottles are not cold. Why?
A dirty condenser, a weak fan or a bad probe can all cause it. We test them in order and price the work before we start.
