The Eagle One is Victoria Arduino’s multi-group line with volumetric dosing, T3 electronics and an auto-level boiler. You will see names like Eagle One T3 VOL 2 group or Eagle One Prima on the plate, and the three Prima versions share the same family.
The messages are in words. One says the machine does not deliver coffee, which means the doser sent no pulses in the first three seconds. Another says water is not loaded into the boiler, and then the pump, element and all functions stop.
The menu also holds an alarm history and a cleaning alarm, which help us see what happened before the call. Boiler work is ours, and owners keep to the water supply and filter.

What does it mean when the machine does not deliver coffee?
The doser sent no pulses within three seconds. Interrupt the delivery, check that the coffee is not packed too tightly, and call us if it repeats on that group.
Why did the pump stop with Water is not loaded into the boiler?
The level did not come back within the time limit, so the pump, heater and functions halted to protect the boiler. We test the supply, pump, valve and probe.
