Multi-location accounts give property managers and owners one point of contact for equipment repair across several kitchens, laundries or properties. Instead of a different call each time, you deal with one contact, and each visit comes with a written price and clear notes on every machine we see.

How the account works

We keep notes on the equipment we service, so repeat visits start where the last one ended. Each visit gets its own written price before work begins, along with a report of what we found and what we recommend. Older and out-of-warranty equipment is the core of our work, and we say plainly when a repair no longer makes sense.

Because we work in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Diego, the same approach can follow you across those metros. Each visit is still booked on its own terms, and each gets its own three-hour arrival window.

Who it suits

Whether you run restaurants, a hotel group, apartment laundry rooms or a set of church and school kitchens, the approach is the same: one contact, one written price per visit, and no surprises on the invoice. It suits operators who want repairs approved by one person and a clear record of which machine needed what.

What to have ready and what the price depends on

Tell us your locations, the equipment you want covered and who approves repairs. Say whether invoices go to one office or to each site, and who can let a technician in at each location. A list of makers and models, even a rough one, helps us plan, and so does a note on which sites are busiest. Call us or send the online form to start.

Pricing follows the work at each site: the equipment, its age, the parts needed and the time on site. There is no flat fee that hides the real cost of a repair. Each visit is quoted in writing for that location before work begins, and you decide per visit whether to proceed.

If a unit at one site keeps coming back for repairs, our notes will show it, and we will tell you when replacing it makes more sense than another repair.

Book a visit

Tell us the model and the code. We will bring the part.

Tell us the maker, the model number from the data plate and what the unit is doing. We confirm a three-hour arrival window and give you a written price before any work starts.
