Planned care visits are scheduled inspections of your commercial equipment, done before a small problem becomes a stoppage. Grease, lint, hard water and constant heat wear equipment long before it quits. On a planned visit we inspect, clean and adjust, and we tell you what is wearing and what can wait.
What a visit includes
The visit follows your equipment. On refrigeration we look at door gaskets, condenser coils, fans, drains and controls. On cooking lines we check burners, igniters, thermostats and ventilation paths. Dish machines get a look at wash arms, pumps, heaters and seals, beverage equipment at filters and water lines, and laundry machines at belts, drums, vents and drains.
We note what we saw and what we suggest. Any repair you approve comes with a written price first, and we do not start work you have not agreed to.
Why older equipment gains the most
Worn gaskets, belts and filters are cheap to replace early and costly to ignore. A tired door seal makes a compressor work harder for months before anything shows. A visit also shows which units are nearing the end of sensible repair, which helps you plan a replacement instead of facing one during a busy week.
What to have ready and what the price depends on
List the machines you want checked, keep their data plates easy to reach and clear access around each unit. Tell us about anything that has been odd lately, even if it seems minor. Pick a time when the equipment can be shut down for a short while without hurting service. Call us or fill out the online form to schedule, and we confirm a three-hour arrival window.
A planned visit is quoted from the number and type of machines you want checked, their age and how hard they work. Refrigeration lines, dish machines and laundry rooms take different amounts of time, so we ask what is on the list before we give you a figure. Repairs found during the visit are priced separately and in writing, and nothing proceeds without your approval.
Many operators repeat these visits on a schedule that suits their season, such as before summer for refrigeration and ice, and we are glad to plan around yours.
Tell us the model and the code. We will bring the part.
Tell us the maker, the model number from the data plate and what the unit is doing. We confirm a three-hour arrival window and give you a written price before any work starts.
