Repairs this series usually needs

  1. TC#1 or TC#2 Error for a thermocouple
  2. Blower drive messages for overload or voltage
  3. Blower communication error
  4. Oven not heating

The Aperion 24 is the current 24 inch Lincoln Impinger with a touchscreen. The two models are the 2424 and the 2424E, and the data plate shows the number and the fuel. The oven uses an IO board and blower drives that talk over Modbus.

That design means many problems arrive as screen messages. A thermocouple message sends us to the IO board connections and the sensors. Blower messages for overload, undervoltage or overvoltage send us to the supply, the drive and the motor. Communication messages send us to the cables. We also confirm that the oven has its 24 inch rear clearance, as cramped space invites heat trouble.

We service the Aperion 24 and give a written price before work.

FAQLincoln Impinger Aperion 24 Conveyor Ovens questions
What is the difference between a 2424 and a 2424E?

Both are 24 inch Aperion ovens and each is built for gas or electric. The data plate shows the exact model and fuel, so tell us the full number and we bring the right parts.

Why do blower messages mention voltage?

The drives watch the supply and protect themselves if the line goes too low or too high. So we measure the supply at the oven as part of the visit.

Does the oven need space around it?

Yes. It needs 24 inches of clearance at the rear and should not be installed where the room temperature goes above 95 F. We check this on service calls.
