The LBC LRO is a roll-in rack oven in single and double sizes, with gas or electric heat. The model numbers include LRO-1E, LRO-2E, LRO-1G and LRO-2G, with endings such as 5, 4 and 6 for build variations. The digital programmable control holds 40 recipes, and a touch screen is an option.
