The LBC LMO is a mini rack oven for 6 or 8 pans. E marks electric and G marks gas, P marks a proofer base and S marks a stand, so a number such as LMO-G-P is a gas oven on a proofer base.
Gas versions need a three-quarter inch NPT gas connection and an exhaust fan interlock, so we check those along with the burner and ignition. On all versions we check how the oven heats, the steam, the control and the door gasket. A dark display means the supply or the board.
Gas LMO ovens depend on a proper gas connection and exhaust fan interlock, so we check both. If you smell gas, leave and call the utility from outside. You get a written price first, and we say plainly when a repair is not worth it.

The ignition, gas supply or exhaust fan interlock may need attention. Leave gas parts to us, and we find out which one it is. Step outside and call the gas utility if you smell gas.
