Vitamix makes the Power Prep food prep blender, the Immersi-Prep 14 immersion blender and the Rinse-O-Matic rinse station. They serve different jobs in a busy kitchen.
Unplug a blender before removing the container or checking a blade. The Power Prep can overheat under a heavy load. The Immersi-Prep shaft seal can wear and leak. The Rinse-O-Matic is a rinse station, so water supply and drain are the first checks. Hard water and heat in a kitchen shorten the life of seals.

Why does the immersion blender leak?
The shaft seal wears with use. We replace the seal, check the shaft and tell you plainly if the shaft itself is damaged. Ask us when you call.
Can the Rinse-O-Matic be serviced?
Yes. We check the water supply, the drain and its fittings, and tell you what needs replacing. A written price comes first, and we explain each part.
