Repairs this series usually needs
- E-01 to E-06 messages on the Chef 775
- Overtemp Error
- Overload Error
- Touch Error on the Chef 775
The Blendtec Chef and EZ series are kitchen blenders: the Chef Blender, Chef 775, Chef 600 and EZ 600. The Chef 775 has an LED information center that shows E-01 to E-06. Some are current and others are older units still working in kitchens.
Overtemp Error means the motor is overheating, and Overload Error means it is overloaded. Touch Error appears on the Chef 775 when more than one sensor is touched. Power goes off at the outlet before anyone removes the jar. A jar that leaks may not be seated.
Chef and EZ blenders include current and older units, and we repair both. The price is in writing before we start, and a blender past saving gets a straight answer.

What are E-01 to E-06?
They are error messages on the Chef 775 LED information center. The owner's manual does not explain each number, so we find the cause by testing.
What triggers Overload on a Chef?
The motor is overloaded. Press any button or cycle power, then unplug the blender and check for a blockage at the socket and blade. Keep fingers clear.
Which Chef models show E-01 to E-06?
The Chef 775 shows them on its LED information center. We read the number and test the control and sensors. You approve a written price ahead of any parts.
