The ICB brewers are the lower-height members of Bunn’s infusion line. You will see ICBA, ICBB or ICBC on the data plate, and models with SH in the name are the Soft Heat server brewers. Twin and DV versions share the same basic layout.
These brewers report problems in plain words on the display, such as Temperature Too Low or Fill Time Too Long. Each message points to a short list: the supply and inlet valve for fill problems, the probe and heater for temperature problems. We work through that list in order.
Hard water scale is the main reason an ICB drifts out of tune over the years, and a regular descale keeps it making good coffee. Tell us the letters on the plate, such as ICBA or ICB-DV, and we can usually confirm the right valve, probe or board before the visit.

What does SH mean on an ICB brewer?
SH marks the Soft Heat server models. Check the data plate for the exact model when you call, since the parts for a Soft Heat brewer can differ from a plain ICB.
My ICB shows Fill Time Too Long. What now?
Check that the water supply is on and the ON/OFF switch is on. If both are fine, we test the inlet valve and its screen, then the control board output.
Do you repair older ICB brewers?
