The Taylor C300 is a two barrel slush freezer for frozen carbonated drinks, air-cooled or water-cooled. The LCD shows named messages with an audible alarm, and a 30 minute snooze for loss of CO2, water or syrup.
The messages are specific. Low CO2, water or syrup stops freezing until the supply is back, and an empty supply is the easy fix. Beater Overload and Chk Refrig Sys Psi stop the machine until the condition clears. BRL Not Cooling and BRL Temp 2 High are the serious ones, because product can warm in the barrel.

What happens when the CO2 or syrup runs out?
The alarm sounds, and the machine goes to Hold or shuts down the freezing after a short timer. Replace the supply and it returns to normal. The snooze lasts 30 minutes.
Does the C300 need air space?
Yes, an air-cooled unit needs clear vents and space around it, since Chk Refrig Sys Psi comes from high head pressure. Keep the area clear and call us if it repeats.
What do I do with BRL Temp 2 High?
The product went above 120 F and the machine shut down. Leave it off, discard the product and call us. We find out why the barrel got that hot.
