Structural Concepts Display Case Repair
We repair Structural Concepts Oasis, Impulse, Fusion and Reveal display cases in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Diego. We check set point, airflow and the Carel or Dixell controller first, and we bring the matching parts to the visit.
Common Structural Concepts problems we fix
In plain words, the way kitchen and laundry staff describe them when they call.
Case not cold enough
Controller display or probe error
Frost buildup and poor defrost
Water on the floor from the case
Condenser blocked with dust
Case temperature drifting upward
Oasis, Impulse, Fusion and Reveal Cases
Cafes, convenience stores and delis use these cases. The Oasis line of self-service refrigerated cases includes the FSE end caps, FSI islands and HEFSC multi-purpose models. Oasis mobile cases, the Impulse and GLDS cases, Fusion service cases and Reveal refrigerated merchandisers make up the rest of what we see. The controllers are Carel programmable units on the PJEZ, ir33 and iJF platforms, or Dixell XM670K to XM679K, and the case manual points to them for set points.
Structural Concepts rates a case for Type I conditions of 75 degrees F and 55 percent humidity, or Type II conditions of 80 degrees F. A shop with a weak air conditioner, or a case near an entry door, can exceed that, and the case then cannot keep up.
How a Diagnosis Goes
We start with the set point and ambient conditions, then check for a dirty condenser and blocked airflow. Next we read the controller, test the probes, check defrost parameters, and look at the condensate and drain. The manual’s own troubleshooting also lists refrigerant overcharge, so we confirm the charge before adding anything.
We also help with older cases, and we say plainly when repair cost passes what a case is worth. You see the price in writing before work begins, and a 30-day workmanship warranty follows the repair.

Oasis cases use Carel PJEZ, ir33 or iJF controllers, or a Dixell XM670K series. Check the display and the case model, or tell us the model and we will confirm before the visit.
My case is not cold enough. What should I check first?
Check the set point, make sure shelves are not overloaded or blocking airflow, and confirm the store is within 75 to 80 degrees F. If it still runs warm, call us.
Can you service Fusion and Reveal cases?
Yes. We service Fusion service cases and Reveal merchandisers along with Oasis self-service cases. We confirm the model first so the right parts arrive with us.
