When a key machine is down, tell us the request is urgent when you book. A walk-in that is warming, an ice machine that quit or a dryer that no longer heats can stall a business fast, so urgent requests get priority when we plan our visits. We offer the earliest opening on our schedule and say plainly what we can and cannot confirm before we arrive.
What urgent means here
We never promise a particular day, and we will not tell you a time we cannot keep. What we do is move your request to the front of the planning list and tell you the three-hour arrival window as soon as we have it. If a part for your machine is hard to find, we say so up front, so you can decide whether to wait or make other plans.
What to do while you wait
Keep refrigerated doors shut and follow your food-safety plan and local health rules. If a machine is leaking, turn off its water supply. If it smells wrong, turn off its power at the machine if that is safe. If you smell gas, leave the building first and call the gas utility from outside. Do not reset a tripping breaker over and over, because that can damage the machine.
What to have ready and what the price depends on
Give us the maker and model from the data plate and describe what the machine is doing, what it did right before it stopped, and how long it has been down. Tell us if other equipment shares the same circuit or water line. Name one person who can let the technician in and approve work.
The price is in writing before we start, and the repair carries our 30-day warranty on our work. Call us or use the online form to put in the request.
An urgent request is priced like any other repair, in writing and before work starts. Cost depends on the maker and model, the part involved, whether that part is available locally and how much time the repair takes. We do not add a hidden rush charge to the invoice. If anything about the price is different for an urgent visit, you hear it before you agree.
If the machine cannot be repaired the same visit, we explain what is needed next, whether that is a part, a second visit or a replacement decision.
