If the error remains after that, the next step is to reload the software, which is a job for someone with the update tool. A point that catches many operators is that errors on this brewer do not clear by switching the power off and on. Once the cause has been dealt with, the code has to be cleared on screen by going to PROGRAMMING, then OTHER, then ERROR CODES, then Display Errors, and finally Reset Errors.
