Err 001 on the display is a probe error, so we test the probe and its connection. Err 003 is a digital input error, which sends us to the controller inputs and door switch.
Uneven cooking is often a door seal, a heating element, a relay, or the way trays are loaded. We check each. Older Turbofan ovens may need parts that take time to source, so we confirm what is available before the visit and give you a written price before work starts. If an oven is past worth repairing, we say so. Repairs come with a 30-day workmanship warranty.
