What does Continental Girbau error code ALn / EnEr mean?
The emergency stop switch cuts the washer's control circuit when it is pushed in. The Logi and LogiPro controls watch that circuit and show ALn / EnEr while the switch is pressed. The manual's action is to release the E-stop switch, and then to check for a failed switch or wrong wiring if the alarm remains. Nothing in the table ties this code to one failed part. In the great majority of cases the button was simply pushed, by a person or by a cart, and releasing it clears the message. If it does not, either the switch contacts no longer close, or the wiring to the switch has been changed or damaged. The same alarm on Inteli washers appears as code 1. Because the switch is a safety device, it must not be bypassed to get the machine going.

Is this a breakdown?
No. It is a safety stop.
What if it stays after releasing?
The switch or its wiring needs a technician. The manual points to a failed switch or wrong wiring, and neither can be judged from outside.
Can I bypass it?
