The MPF is Atosa’s pizza prep table, in 44, 67 and 93 inch widths, models MPF8201GR, MPF8202GR and MPF8203GR. Current MPF tables use R290 refrigerant. Drawer kits are sold separately, so a table may or may not have drawers fitted.
Flour clogs a condenser quickly, so we clean it first, then check the lid, the probes and the fans. The same digital controller as the MSF family reports P1 and P2 for probes and HA and LA for temperature alarms. Cleaning the condenser at least monthly is the maker’s advice.
Tell us the number and whether drawers are fitted, and we bring the right gaskets. Leaving clear air around the table helps it shed heat, and we recheck the rail temperature before we leave.

Why does flour matter?
Flour packs the condenser fins and blocks the air. The compressor runs hot and the rail warms. Monthly brushing prevents most of it. The coil needs it more often on a pizza line.
What sizes does the MPF come in?
The sizes are 44, 67 and 93 inches. The plate number tells us which you have. Tell us the plate number and we confirm the width, the gasket and the control before the visit, so the first trip is the only trip.
